Re-Focusing Community Awareness (RFCA) is a non-for profit organization in Springfield, Illinois that has taken on the mission of empowering communities through education in response to the substantial dropout rate among youth in blighted communities, the increase in teen families and the limited employment opportunities for individuals in these communities. While this may seem like an arduous task; we are confident that our objectives are able to be accomplish through the creation of Community Resource Centers (CRC) throughout low income communities.
