I was experiencing some minor issues, so I thought, and I contacted Alegna to have my computer serviced. They surprised me in several ways, first by showing up early. The technician listened to and noted my problems while I was speaking. When I had finished he proceeded to climb under my desk with his flashlight and moments later handed me a monitor cord. I was really surprised now as my monitor was still functioning. My new computer came with two monitor cables so I thought both has to utilized for my system to work but in reality I only needed one and by having both connected at the same time is what was causing my crazy problems. In connecting my router I had the modem plug going to a wired position and one of the wired (or other computers) plugged into the modem position. Luckily I didn't short out my router or modem or both and my internet problems were also eliminated. The to top matters off, my Anti-Virus program had expired and Alegna Installed one on my computer, FREE of charge. My total cost was $43.75 for a half hour labor but the technician was here for an hour. I wished I had called them last year as I may not had needed a new computer at all.

My computer was slow and kept locking up. I called Alegna for service and I was given an estimate of $87.50 for one hour. It took the technician oven an hour but I was only charged 43.75 (1/2 hour). My computer is fast like it was when I purchased it and I received a FREE anti-virus program. Thank you Alegna Consultants

My lap top kept locking up on me and a friend suggested I call their friend Winston, with Alegna Consultants. I was surprised at both the service and the cost. They are a Springfield, IL company but I didn't realized they serviced St Louis, MO too. My laptop problems were corrected and Alegna even repaired my desktop at no additional charge. If you have a problem with your computer, you need to call (217) 361-8981 and ask for Winston.

I had heard that Winston repaired computers and decided to give him a try. He arrived on time and my computer was up and running in about 35 minutes. My desk top has several problems that were all corrected and I even received a "FREE" anti-virus program. My total cost was only $43.75 a half hour labor. The anti-virus program alone would have cost me $69.95. Thanks Alegna Consultants, I recommend you to anyone!

I have experienced problems with popup's and other data on my computer. I downloaded a program I didn't want but wasn't able to remove no matter what I done. So I called Alegna Consultants for help. The repairman came and listen to my problem. After about forty-five minutes of pressing key, using various programs and downloads, he had me to try my computer. It was working perfectly and so operated so much faster. It turned out that many of the popup's were self imposed and he explain them to me. I had three anti-virus programs on my computer and at least one or two had expired. He explain their conflict, removed all three and installed the anti-virus that Alegna uses and get this... It does not expire! Praise the Lord! My computer is running fast like it did when I first brought it; the popup ads are gone and I'm protected from viruses. Better yet my bill was less than what I was quoted. I'll certainly call them again if the need arises.
